- Prepare the paneer, onion, and bell pepper and keep all the spices measured.
- Heat the ghee in a heavy pan over medium heat. Add the whole spice and let it become aromatic.
- Add the onion and cook until soft and light golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes, coriander powder, turmeric, chilli powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes become soft and the ghee begins to separate.
- Add the bell peppers, onion squares, and kadai masala. Cook on high heat for 2 minutes, then add paneer.
- Add only a little hot water and cook uncovered for 5 minutes. Keep the peppers slightly crisp.
