- Place the chilled minced meat in a bowl and add the squeezed onion.
- Whisk the yogurt with ginger-garlic paste, spices, lemon juice, melted ghee, and salt.
- Coat the minced meat mixture evenly with the marinade. Cover and rest it in the refrigerator.
- Press equal portions of the mixture around flat skewers in a long, even shape.
- Cook at 200°C until the edges are lightly charred and the centre is cooked. Turn once halfway through.
- Brush with a little warm ghee during the final minute for a pleasant aroma.
- Sprinkle chaat masala and serve with onion rings, lemon, and mint chutney..
