  4. Pour in the gram-flour mixture slowly while whisking continuously.
  5. Cook on low heat for 10 to 12 minutes until thick, glossy, and fully cooked. Add salt and coriander.
  6. Knead multigrain flour with warm water into a soft dough. Rest for 20 minutes.
  7. Divide into 8 portions, pat or roll into bhakris, and cook on a hot tawa until both sides are done.
