- Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Rest for 5 minutes until slightly foamy.
- Add multigrain flour, salt, yogurt, and ghee. Knead into a soft dough.
- Cover and rest in a warm place for 90 minutes.
- Divide into 8 balls. Press garlic and coriander on top and roll each into an oval.
- Heat a cast-iron tawa until very hot. Place the naan wet-side down so it sticks.
- Cook until bubbles appear. Turn the tawa over the flame carefully or finish the top under a hot grill.
- Brush with ghee and serve immediately..
