  4. Add tomatoes, coriander powder, turmeric, chilli powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes become soft and the ghee begins to separate.
  5. Add the green peas first and cook for 5 minutes. Add the paneer and kasuri methi after the peas are nearly tender.
  6. Add the hot water, cover, and simmer until the paneer and peas is tender and the gravy reaches the required thickness.
