  2. Mix milk powder, multigrain flour, and baking powder. Rub in 2 tablespoons ghee.
  3. Add milk gradually and bring the mixture together gently. Do not knead hard.
  4. Rest for 10 minutes, then divide into 16 portions and roll into smooth crack-free balls.
  5. Heat ghee on low to medium heat. Fry the balls slowly, stirring gently, until evenly deep golden.
  6. Place the hot jamuns in warm syrup and cover.
