Instructions
- Heat ghee in a non-stick heavy pan over low heat.
- Add condensed milk and milk powder. Mix until smooth.
- Cook on low heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides.
- Add saffron milk and cardamom and cook for 1 more minute.
- Transfer to a greased plate and cool until warm.
- Divide into 12 portions, shape into small pedas, and press pistachios on top.
- Cool fully before serving..
