- Mix multigrain flour and salt. Rub in 1 teaspoon ghee.
- Add warm water gradually and knead for 7 to 8 minutes until soft.
- Cover and rest the dough for 30 minutes.
- Divide into 12 equal balls. Dust lightly with multigrain flour and roll each into a thin circle.
- Cook one roti on a hot tawa until bubbles appear. Turn, cook the second side, then finish directly over the flame or on the tawa.
- Brush lightly with ghee and keep covered in a clean cloth.
- Serve warm..
