- Mix the multigrain flour, cornflour, salt, and enough water to make a light coating. Coat the paneer.
- Heat the oil and 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan. Cook the coated paneer until lightly crisp and remove it.
- Add the remaining ghee to the same pan. Sauté ginger-garlic, onion, and bell pepper on high heat for 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, and 2 tablespoons water. Mix quickly.
- Return the paneer to the pan and toss until every piece has a light glossy coating.
- Finish with spring onions and serve immediately..
