  1. Mix multigrain flour and salt. Rub in 1 teaspoon ghee.
  2. Add warm water gradually and knead for 7 to 8 minutes until soft.
  3. Cover and rest the dough for 30 minutes.
  4. Divide into 12 equal balls. Dust lightly with multigrain flour and roll each into a thin circle.
  5. Cook one roti on a hot tawa until bubbles appear. Turn, cook the second side, then finish directly over the flame or on the tawa.
  6. Brush lightly with ghee and keep covered in a clean cloth.
  7. Serve warm..
