- Prepare 2 cups mixed almonds, cashews, pistachios, and walnuts, chopped and keep all ingredients measured.
- Heat the ghee in a heavy pan. Add mixed nuts and roast on low heat.
- Roast the nuts and coconut for 3 minutes, then remove them.
- Add the nuts and cook for 1 minute, then switch off the heat.
- Cool until warm. Add the sweetener and cardamom and mix thoroughly.
- Cook the dates in ghee until soft, mix in the nuts, cool until warm, and shape into 12 ladoos.
- Cool completely before storing or serving..
