  1. Prepare 2 cups mixed almonds, cashews, pistachios, and walnuts, chopped and keep all ingredients measured.
  2. Heat the ghee in a heavy pan. Add mixed nuts and roast on low heat.
  3. Roast the nuts and coconut for 3 minutes, then remove them.
  4. Add the nuts and cook for 1 minute, then switch off the heat.
  5. Cool until warm. Add the sweetener and cardamom and mix thoroughly.
  6. Cook the dates in ghee until soft, mix in the nuts, cool until warm, and shape into 12 ladoos.
  7. Cool completely before storing or serving..
