- Simmer the milk in a wide pan until it reduces by about one-third
- Add sugar, saffron, and cardamom. Cook for 3 minutes, then cool slightly
- Heat ghee in a wide frying pan
- Shallow-fry the multigrain bread triangles on low to medium heat until crisp and golden on both sides
- Arrange two triangles in each of four serving plates
- Pour the warm or chilled rabri over the bread
- Garnish with nuts and serve after 10 minutes.
